From a child who felt "too much" to a therapist who understands.

"Growing up with ADHD and anxiety, I know what it’s like when the world feels too loud and your emotions feel too big. I wasn't just a child therapist in training; I was once the child behind the 'behavior.'

At The Feelings Teacher, I don't give you academic theories. I give you the practical, real-world tools I wish my own caregivers had—tools that turn daily frustration into moments of genuine connection."

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to buy all the workshops at once?

Not at all. Parent Circle is designed for you to "pick your battle." You can buy a single workshop to solve your most pressing frustration today, and come back for others whenever you're ready.

While Ines’s expertise in ADHD and Anxiety makes these tools life-saving for neurodivergent families, the strategies are universal. Every child benefits from co-regulation, predictable routines, and deep connection.

We get it—you’re busy. Each workshop is designed to be concise and high-impact. You’ll get practical strategies you can watch during a lunch break and implement by dinner time.

Absolutely. Therapy often focuses on the child; Parent Circle focuses on you and the home environment. Think of this as the "bridge" that helps you carry those therapeutic goals into your daily family life.

Many parents find "Gentle Parenting" frustrating because it lacks clear boundaries. Ines teaches Connection-Based Parenting. We don’t ignore the behavior; we give you the tools to handle it with kindness and firm, safe boundaries.

Then you’re in the right place. The Parent Self-Regulation workshop was created specifically for you. Ines shares how she manages her own ADHD and anxiety triggers so you can stop the "shouting-guilt" cycle for good

Life happens, especially when you’re a parent. You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the workshop date. Just send an email to igomes@thefeelingsteacher.org. Please keep in mind that as a small, dedicated team, it may take us up to 5 business days to respond and process your request.

To keep the Parent Circle experience intimate and impactful, we keep our groups very small. This allows for better connection and a safer space for everyone. Because slots are strictly limited, each ticket is valid for one person only. If you’d like to attend with a partner, co-parent, or friend, please ensure you purchase an additional ticket for them.
